De acuerdo, lo admitimos. Tenemos debilidad por Italia. Los Negroni, el café shakerato, Franco Battiato, Paolo Sorrentino, Ornella Vanoni... Y también nos encanta la pasta. Y como nos encanta la buena, te ofrecemos una de las mejores que —¡no señor!— no está hecha en Italia sinó en Caldes de Montbui (Catalunya) por la casa Sanmartí. No son precisamente una start-up. ¡Empezaron con los fideos en 1700! Hoy, afortunadamente, no sólo hacen fideos pues producen numerosas variedades de pasta de calidad sublime elaborada con sémola de trigo duro y (la clave) agua termal de la misma Caldes.
