Pisco Barsol
Pisco Barsol Primero Quebranta 0,70 L
PRESENTATION
Type: Pisco
Volume: 0,7 L
Alcohol content: 41.3°
Winery: Barsol
Origin: Peru
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: net, límpid i brillant. Color groc palla amb reflexos de tonalitat verdosa. Molt agradable a la vista
Nose: it offers aromas of brioche, banana, ripe fruit, and light herbaceous notes
Palate: on the palate, it is smooth, fresh, and very long. Pronounced notes of almonds, walnuts, and chocolate lead to an elegant, citrusy aftertaste
HOW TO CONSUME
Traditionally served as a digestif, in wine tasting glasses at room temperature, but we cannot fail to mention its versatility in cocktails. Currently, it enjoys its popularity clearly thanks to the Pisco Sour cocktail: 5 cL pisco Barsol Quebranta, juice of half a squeezed lime, 2 cL of sugar gum and one egg white. We perform a first 'dry shake', to perform a second one with ice (this way we get greater texture), and after a double strain, we decorate with drops of angostura
