Okay, let’s face it: we have a special thing for Italy. Negronis, shakerato coffee Franco Battiato, Paolo Sorrentino, Ornella Vanoni... And we also love pasta. And since we like to have the best of the best, we offer an exceptional one which –paradox! – is not made in Italy but at Caldes de Montbui (Catalunya) by Santmartí. It is not precisely a startup since they started making noodles circa 1700! Luckily, nowadays they do not only make noodles but a great variety of quality pasta elaborated with durum wheat semolina (which is key) and hot spring water from Caldes.
