View: Intense, bright yellow colour with golden highlights
Aroma: Varietal aromas of red fruits like raspberry and cherry, accompanying an aroma of apricot jam. Secondary, aromas of baking yeast and dairy aromas of milk and butter, along with the tertiary aromas characteristic of ageing, with delicate notes of oxidation and ripeness
Taste: In the mouth it is very creamy and silky, with good, wellintegrated acidity, making it fresh and rich at the same time. It shows good potential for ageing. It has a high and very appealing persistence, further emphasising the fruit aromas

PAIRING
Ideal for accompanying all types of fish and seafood, such as sea bass in a salt crust or a timbale of scorpion fish, and also soft and semi-cured cheeses. It goes very well with rice dishes such as mushroom, risotto, salads, many types of pasta and all types of white meats

The Massís de l'Albera winery is located in the village of Vilamaniscle, in the middle of the Albera massif and where it takes advantage of the village's old cooperative. The promoters of the project bring energy, experience and professionalism acquired over the years to the world of wine in the Empordà.
The vineyards are spread throughout the Albera massif, and where the traditional vineyards of the Empordà (Grenache and Carinyenes) and play a major role, along with the slate soils that bring a great personality, along with a high mountain climate manages to imprint great character in their wines, and the result of great work where respect for the territory are the main part.
Respect from the smallest detail: the territory, the typicality, the nature, and the ecological vineyards. And the most important thing is that the wine we drink shows the purest Empordà.
