ELABORACIÓN
Creat a partir de la recepta del multipremiat vermut Picofino gin fusion, s'elabora aquest vermut blanc afegint-li una combinació de macerat i destil·lat de pell de taronja
El resultat és un vermut fresc, de sabor cítric intens, amb dolçor equilibrada i completament sorprenent

Refrescant, amb una entrada dolça i intensament cítrica que aviat deixa pas a l'amargor que hi ha al darrere
Aparentment més suau i menys alcohòlic encara que manté els 15 graus. Al nas surt la taronja, però també notes de ginebre, anís i canyella
El glop és suau i fàcil, la ginebra li dóna aquest toc característic del vermut Picofino Original. Ideal per prendre sol i molt sorprenent barrejat amb tònica creant un glop llarg extraordinari

Picofino is a beautiful clandestine story...
The project took nearly 10 years to come to fruition. It all started in Albuerne, a small village on the Asturian Cantabrian coast—so small that it doesn't even have a bar—where a lover of spirits known as Picofino seeks to create a completely unique gin, crafted artisanally, conducting dozens of tests in small batches that he gave to his friends.
With the help of a distiller friend from Ourense and an old Portuguese copper still, over a period of 8 years, he released a different gin annually. Each year, he gathered the best of the previous year and presented it at a summer party at his place for friends to taste, including some restaurateurs, bartenders, mixologists, and, almost all, compulsive foodies. They all agreed: every year, the gin got better.
The production of Mio Gin (meaning 'his gin') was about 100 numbered bottles per year, entirely artisanal and clandestine, to be shared freely with his own. And so we arrived at the end of 2019, when Picofino Artisan Spirits was born. The rest... is history.
