BIOGRAFIA

​Kenneth Frampton (1930). Va estudiar arquitectura a l'Architectural Association de Londres i ha estat professor a universitats de tot el món. Autor de nombrosos llibres i assaigs sobre història i teoria de l'arquitectura, entre ells es troba la cèlebre Història crítica de l'arquitectura moderna (1980), així com els seus més recents Estudis sobre cultura tectònica (1995) i la recopilació d'assajos Labour, Work and Architecture (2002). El 2018 va ser guardonat per la seva trajectòria professional amb el Lleó d'Or a la XVI Biennal d'Arquitectura de Venècia

It examines the various ways in which architects not only respond to geographic, climatic, material, and cultural contexts but also, they follow different approaches to topography, morphology, sustainability, and civic form.
